    • Only 0.50% Processing Charges subject to Min.10,000/- & Max. 1.00 Lakh.
• Pre-Payment Charges: 2% of Outstanding loan amount at the time of closure (If taken over).

• Immediate Cash Flow: To provide businesses with quick access to cash by                   converting future lease payments into immediate funds.
• Working Capital Enhancement: To improve a business’s liquidity, allowing it to            manage day-to-day expenses, invest in opportunities, or cover unexpected            costs.

• Leased Property: The property generating the rental income can be pledged as collateral.
• Lease Agreement: A legally binding, long-term lease agreement with a reliable tenant serves as security.
• Personal Guarantee: Personal assets or guarantees from the borrower may be required.

• Stable Lease Agreement: The borrower must have a legally valid, long-term lease agreement with a reliable tenant.
• Steady Rental Income: Consistent and verifiable rental income from the leased property is essential.
• Legal Compliance: All lease agreements must be legally compliant and free from disputes.

  • Security Value >= 200% and Loan Amount upto Rs.750 Lakh 09.00 % P.A.
  • Security Value >= 200% and Loan Amount above Rs. 750 Lakh 8.50 % P.A.
  • Security Value <200% and Loan Amount upto Rs.750 Lakh 9.50 % P.A.
  • Security Value <200% and Loan Amount above Rs.750 Lakh 9.00 % P.A.

  • Security value >=200% – 10.00%P.A.
  • Security value < 200%  – 10.50%P.A.
