Eligibility
Stable Lease Agreement: The borrower must have a legally valid, long-term lease agreement with a reliable tenant.
Steady Rental Income: Consistent and verifiable rental income from the leased property is essential.
Legal Compliance: All lease agreements must be legally compliant and free from disputes.
